I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff was helpful, friendly and answered all my questions promptly. The flooring installer was punctual, respectful and professional. I highly recommend.
poor communication and rude
Recently left a 5 star review 3 months ago, but changed to 1 star. I got my floor boards spring/summer 2022. The sales associate was very friendly and I enjoyed his service. He provided a better price than the competitors in town. While waiting for my floor boards to arrive I did notice the sales associate I dealt with was off when I phoned in for updates/exchanges on random weekdays.
