The staff at Nufloors did a spectacular job on the new hardwood floors and carpet in my home. From the process of Krystle being so helpful with choosing our flooring to the installation being so prompt and professional, this all made the experience seamless. Despite a family tragedy occuring in the middle of our renovation, I felt Nufloors was extremely supportive and Krystle, Andre and the installation team provided me with much needed guidance when I had questions. I cannot rave about Nufloors enough. I was a great experience from start to finish. I went in looking to match a small piece of my carpet that my cat scratched. Anyone who knows anything about carpet knows its hard to find a match, especially for a small piece. Krystle helped me find something from their discount rolls that was similar enough and suggested we take the carpet from a closet to fix my high traffic area, and then put the similar one in the closet where no one will see it - Such a great idea! Had a carpet install booked only to have the installer make up a lie to cancel the appointment the night before. A lot of wasted effort to make sure we were ready on time, my recommendation is to find another business for flooring needs
