The staff are caring and super cheerful. Lovely atmosphere. They really go the extra mile on patient care. Treatment is swift. No hanging on waiting lists for years. My mum was given a really clean and cosy room to herself. The care she received was exemplary. The patient menu looks like a restaurant menu, with some really fancy stuff - but I don't think they're quite there with clear allergen labelling, or with provision for halal diets, or non-english dietary preferences.
