Fast and efficient, timely service.
Had a blood test today, and despite me fainting (which is typical whenever I have blood tests), the nurse dealing with me was so lovely, kind, and patient. She even grabbed me a drink and some biscuits! I didn’t catch her name, but it’s nurses like this that make a world of difference and leave a lasting impact. Thank you!
When I saw the children’s toys in the waiting area I assumed that this centre is child friendly but they are not. We were there for almost 2 hours which I spent trying to keep him calm and seated, not so easy as he has a condition which causes the opposite. The healthcare professionals that saw him for his appointment were brilliant, engaging and explained everything clearly. What's the point of setting appointments on a Sunday and not having anyone to answer the phone?! Very stressful
Had follow up from an operation and everyone was very friendly from reception to the doctor. Site was very clean throughout a very pleasant visit.
