I've always been that person who joins a gym in January and goes for a few weeks, never to return again. Not so with Nuffield, I have been coming now for 2 years. I put this down to the really welcoming team, especially Jules, Sam and Leonie. I regularly join their classes, they are knowledgeable and help with form and encourage you to push yourself. The equipment is also plentiful and of good quality. The swimming pool is reasonably warm, which always helps!!
Great staff absolutely make this place 5 stars. All the reception staff especially charlotte and the lifeguard lady. Lacking on quality though you pay so much with increasing prices to have the cheapest shampoo and all the jacuzzi’s have been filled in!
Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Never felt comfortable/confident going to the gym till joining here. Julian and Sam are brilliant! Absolutely love lift class with Leonnie, she is amazing 🤩. This has helped me with my form and my confidence. My favourite class!
