I arrived very late to an appt ( all my own fault). Dr Aziz and Felix Baig were about to go home, but they so kindly stayed and performed my shoulder ultrasounds. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis so it would be so hard for me to come back. A million thanks for going beyond call of duty.
I am still at the Manor recovering from a surgery. The surgeons, anaesthetists, physiotherapist, theatre staff and night shift nurses have all been very good. The nurses looking after me during the day immediately after surgery were not so. I was made to wait over 20 min for help to go the bathroom, nearly an hour for lunch and over half an hour for some tea. Not the level of care and compassion I was expecting from nurses.
Got seen really quickly and was great service.
