A very positive experience. All the staff were superb, kind and attentive. I felt very well cared for. A member of staff came promptly when called. Food was straightforward, nothing fancy but a reasonable choice and good portions. The room was pleasant enough and I was able to fully control the temperature. If I wanted to use a private hospital again, I would not hesitate to use The Manor and would recommend it to anyone trying to decide.

My husband received terrible service after a recent MRI. It took six weeks to receive the report despite chasing numerous times. Despite agreement that this was far beyond the expected timeframe a bill was sent. After calling to query this, we were assured the call would be returned but heard nothing. After lodging a complaint online, which was marked received, we still heard nothing and have now been informed that the amount will be passed to a debt collection agency.
