Enjoying my membership
Been a member for a long time - price keeps going up with the condition going down. Showers tatty, lights broken, I wouldn’t put the shampoo anywhere near my hair, air con is forever being fixed in studio 1 with instructors actively telling you to complain as shouldn’t be having classes in that heat. Closed the jacuzzi because of costs but didn’t see anything improve as a result. Location and classes are good. Nuffield needs to up its game.
The gym equipment is run down, shower areas need refurb - mouldy, broken showers, dirty broken vents. The sauna and steam rooms are frequently broken. They used to offer decent crèche hours but now it’s just closed most of the time.
