Didn't have good experience dealing with them, not friendly and unprofessional.
Fab classes (thank you Clara!), great instructors and fab front of house team. And thank you for the lovely surprise of new spin bikes. Yay!!
Location is the only saving grace here. The gym, changing rooms, toilets and showers are incredibly run down and not well maintained.
Great staff, particularly the sales team who were very helpful with arranging me the best price that suited me. Really good classes and instructors that are helpful and attentive
This is comfortably the worst gym I’ve ever been to for the price point and it’s somehow branded as a “health club”. They should all be wearing balaclavas for the price that they charge Firstly, the machines are constantly broken and you have to wait months for stuff to be fixed, for example, the leg press is currently broken and has been for over 6 weeks now.
