I had an over 65 weeks pass in August. I really enjoyed the facilities. The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The management must be doing all the right things. I would definitely consider joining. J Walsh

Terrible. It’s impossible to practise swimming as a sport. In the pools there are some arrogant, aggressive, rude, self-entitled old women who gang up on and bully the very few fast swimmers, using every possible cheap trick, in order to take over the pool for themselves—to talk, walk, and do gymnastics—completely unaware of swimming lane etiquette, such as how to overtake and respect lane speeds, and both uninterested in and disrespectful towards normal lane swimmers, who, quite rightly, are leaving the club more and more.

1. I have reported multiple times that Wi Fi in first floor is completely unusable. This together with no reception means that you are unreachable. The staff in reception, nodded, agreed but nothing is being done. 2. The men's showers either constantly brake or there is no warm water. Update Aug 2025: WiFi still terrible I think this venue needs some money spenting in infrastructure, every year it seems to be getting worse.

1) does not provide towels despite having pool facilities 2) staff unclear of processes for checking in ClassPass visitors 3) staff quite rude regarding previous points listed when I asked for assistance Update: Nuffield has replied saying towels can be purchased, however this was not communicated to me on the day. It was made clear the staff member had no intention of helping me find a towel, even if there was a system available to do so

I had a wonderful time at the Oxford Nuffield health branch the other day! The wonderful staff (Mathew and Lisa were names I remember) greeted and treated me so well. The facilities were well checked and maintained. I took absolute delight in the steam and sauna facilities as well as indoor and outdoor pool. The water and facilities were clean and well maintained and I felt it was a place where the local community came together in leisure and it was wonderful to see. Thanks again team Oxford!
