Jess at Nuevo is an expert colorist and stylist - the best of both worlds! She listens to you and confers well. Excellent at her craft, and Nuevo is lucky to have her. The salon is open and inviting, w/ large street side windows and pretty tree views, tall ceilings, and a nice coffee/tea bar setup - I encourage you to book an appointment at Nuevo. The owner Michael and another stylist/colorist (Carson) are also great.

Carson been my hairstylist for years! She’s such a down to earth, caring person and very professional. She listens and works with me when I tell her what hairstyle I want and it always looks great even as it grows out until my next haircut. Highly recommend Carson.

I followed Jess from Gene Juarez to Nuevo because she’s just that good. I trust her completely, I literally sit down and don’t even have to tell her what I want. She just gets it and always nails the vibe. Her energy makes the whole appointment go by so fast, and she’s incredible with color. She knows exactly what tones work with my complexion and always gets it right. I can’t recommend Jess enough.

Michael in the most amazing creative stylist I’ve ever met. Something has happened for me since he has been cutting my hair… I’ve come to embrace my hair in a profound and empowering way that melded what I was hoping for and what my hair wants to do. That sounds simple but it really is not. It is magic (and skill and wisdom and perfect technique) . I feel at home in Nuevo salon and I leave as my best self with gorgeous hair.❤️
