My kids have been with this office for yrs and I noticed that there office staff are Relly rude I have problems just trying to schedule a appointment they dont answer the phone and when they do they try to push you off the call

Had an appointment this morning new patient appt. At the alamo ranch location .had trouble finding the place no name and the sign to where the ste # was wrong. I called the office and was told they had never been to that location and would advise the therapist. I became frustrated, upset and went home. Unfortunately I paid my copay upfront but they cannot bill my insurance for not providing services. Unacceptable office practice. Will find a more compassionate, knowledgeable office.

I Will Always Refer Someone To Come Here to get the Help You Need. All The Staff Has Helped Me Thru SOOO Much Since My Injury and Dealing with Workman's Comp. And it's Been ALOT!!🤦🏽 The "Whole You" Will Be Taken Care Of! And You Will Always have Access To Your Counselor, Social Worker, Dr/ Therapist,etc. When u Need Help..Their Reassurance, Compassion, Understanding and Everything Else will Let You Concentrate On Healing And Getting Better Every Step of the Way. I Have been here 2yrs and i get all kinds of help with my medical problem and more .physical and mental helps me go through everyday living im so glad i stuck around they did a change in my way of thingking and moving forward and never give up Thank you Daniela 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 keep up the work you do with us.
