Excellent customer service, Ema is a great hairstylist and Hector is amazing Dominican barber and Amilca!!! Highly recommend loving this place

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I waited for over an hour for my appointment while watching them take in clients who arrived after me. It was clear they were prioritizing their “favorite” clients rather than sticking to the order of appointments or walk-ins. No updates, no apologies—just complete disregard for my time. I eventually gave up and left. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
