The guy at the last chair on the left when you enter the salon gave my son terrible cut . He asked for a fade he gave him something else . Shaved all the way up
They have a separate private line for Latino customers. If you’re not Latino, you end up waiting for more than two hours. And if a Latino person arrives in the meantime, they give your spot to them and claim that they already had an appointment. I’m translating this into Spanish so the Latino customers can also read it. Excellent customer service, Ema is a great hairstylist and Hector is amazing Dominican barber and Amilca!!! Highly recommend loving this place
