First time at this salon to bring my services here. Unfortunately horrible experience. What was supposed to be a simple root touch up and haircut...$170 and 2.5hrslater my daughter walks out with the same dark roots but shinier hair and curls. I spoke to the stylist and asked for my money back I offered to pay for the haircut as I do value her time but the hair seemed untouched and not done what was asked of her. Please don't go and don't ask for the Long layers cut at Face Framing, because my mom came home and wanted to straighten her hair to see how messed up it looked, they let her, don't go please, they cut the worst if I could I wouldn't give it a single star, we went and asked for a fade cut in the front and only a rounded back, long layer and face frame, NO layers, they DO NOT cut the length, that's all we asked for, and a lady said it was a butterfly style, let it be her, we didn't understand, of course we understood they wer... read more
