Personal Que no son competentes para hacer un trabajo tan simple como poner citas para pacientes. Vas y te dicen que está cancelada la cita cuando confirman el día anterior. Los peores! No son profesionales ni capables de hacer un trabajo.
They never answer the phone and when you try to make an appointment by email they still don’t respond. I’ve had respiratory problems for a while now and it is impossible to get seen!!! They said I could do a walk in but it doesn’t guarantee I get seen because the providers pick and choose who should.
Pésimo servicio. Ellos quieren seguir los protocolos conmigo pero el personal no me atiende a mi . Tengo covid y necesito una constancia para entregar a mi trabajo pero como por teléfono no me atendieron y tuve q ir en mi cuarto día de covid en persona
