On 1/31/22 , at approximately 11am I was approached by a male staff member on Duke Street. At that time I was not aware that the men outside the facility were in a D&A program. However a male staff member (approximately 5’9 bald with a lavender shirt and blue vest ) approached me in a very unprofessional manner raising his voice and speaking to me in a way which I construed as almost inappropriate manner.
