They are super nice people. They took the time to listen to the needs of the person I brought in who had a stroke and communication issues. The office is also really clean and smells amazing and has a very comfy feeling. I've been to a few hearing places and this one was the best!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I walked in back in may scared, turned down by other hearing aid places and they accepted me with open arms. Treated me like family from the start. My insurance tried their usual run around and they never gave up. 3 months later I’m leaving with a hearing aid I thought would never happen and can’t stop smiling. They gave me a part of my life back I will be forever thankful for nuesound hearing ❤️
My mom has had horrible experience with hearing aids. Brad was fantastic in his general care for her and shared in her joy when she could hear. Thank you Brad for caring.
They have the best customer service around! I was pleased with my visit. They gave attention to detail and very helpful.
