I’ve been coming to Nuera for about 3 months now. I’ve gone from working out zero days a week to 4 in the gym and at least 1 day on my own. I’ve been to another Bootcamp style gym here in Rancho and I didn’t even stay through the first work out. The Nuera coaches and team have made me feel supported and confident in my abilities and also in challenging myself.
