This company was contracted by my leasing office to come and clean up a leak. I was told at 2:00 pm on Sunday I’d be reached out to schedule. - no problem. But never heard back. Contacted at 6, and was told 25/30 mins. Cool. They show up and tell us what they need to do- and that they will be back at 8 am the following morning. Shawn came by and cut some drywall because there was a leak. He was great had awesome customer service. I would recommend these guys to anyone having trouble.
This company does not do a good job. They came late and they were trying to be in and out within five minutes of being there they quickly shampooed the carpet, but they did not steam clean. They did not work on the stains nothing. What was the purpose of shampooing it if you’re not going to steam? any good company steam dries the carpet after they shampoo it… They were doing a rush job after I had to wait all day for them to show up.
