⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star – Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience I had this company come out several times to address issues with Whirlpool appliances, and unfortunately each visit left the problems unresolved. On the first visit, Kermit came out regarding our Whirlpool refrigerator because the French doors were not level with each other. They were the servicing agent for my Whirlpool warranty claim. Communication was great. Scheduled call very quickly , were back with parts needed 2 days later and made the quick repair. Kermit the service tech was great.

Would NOT reccomend. Called asking for help with a washer. Kermit showed up and spent no more than 15 min looking at it. He did however track mud through my entire downstairs and down all my stairs. Gee thanks Kermit. It was great as a disabled person to have to clean up after you. I expressed to him I have already spent $200 at the laundry mat in the last few weeks and I really need it fixed ASAP which is why we went with this company. First time using Nuechterlein to look at my dryer and check on the dryer vents. Highly recommend. They were timely, Kermit was awesome, professional and so knowledgeable (you know he knows how to do all the things and diagnose) so was the staff who answered my phone call and scheduled, and they were able to come the next day. Friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend, will use them for any electrical/appliance repair needs.
