First impressions mean a lot to me. During my first phone call, I spoke to the receptionist “Juanita.” She was so sweet and extremely helpful giving me directions and information. She was able to fit me in the following day. Lem Harsh was able to repair my hearing aids right in the office. He explained everything to me in great detail. It was such a pleasant experience. I would recommend them highly!!!
This place is far more the friendly place I've ever gone to front and back. Very nice people made my day a happy one.
The staff are was awesome and made me feel very comfortable.
Got a appointmemt scheduled and they scheduled me for a day they were closed... why make me waste gas n miss a day of work for a time when ur goin to be closed.
