Called this morning on my day off to schedule my husband an appt. I spoke with Jamie on the phone and sounded exactly like I do EVERY morning, sinus congested!! Gotta Love Michigan!!! After being ushered into a room and instructed to watch a movie, the nurse Nicole came in and because I was clearing my throat, blowing my nose, she refused to see us. Nicole is awesome to say the least! The hearing test is very complete and Nicole will take the time to talk about every test. My entire experience was very enjoyable and appreciate the friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend Nicole and NuEar :)

The people here, from Jenna the receptionist to the Nicole, the person who helps getting the hearing aids this place Rocks! It is off the charts! Always going above and beyond!
I had my first appointment at NuEar today. I was impressed from my first conversation with the receptionist when I scheduled my appointment. I was even more impressed with my visit there. Everyone is friendly, and the establishment is very clean. More importantly, the education provided regarding what’s happening with my hearing, how it will effect me long term, and what I can do now to help my hearing loss was nothing short of excellent.
