Not going back here. Terrible customer service. I booked an appointment because i have heard many good things. When I walked in, the technician looked upset that I was interrupting her watching tv. She barely even greeted me, and didn’t even bother to turn off her show during my appointment. I got my eyebrows done, and they did look very nice, but it wasn’t worth the bad service. A few days later, I called back to ask a question about an issue with my waxing. I left a voicemail, but she never called back.
