Having worn Nudie Jeans since 2009, I’m disappointed by the steady decline in product quality, which no longer matches the price point. The free repair policy feels like a catch given the overall lifetime of the product. Additionally, customer service both at the Brisbane location and online from Sweden is unhelpful and neglects loyal customers. -TM-.
Just visited your James St store today 18/7, 2 ladies were working, one was busy with a customer and another was free on the register, no greeting at all, I then proceeded to ask her about the jeans and was addressed with a very rude tone, no friendliness at all. Great product with a ethics from start to finish. Free repairs for life, what more could you ask for. Staff seemed disinterested when I visited a couple of months ago. The next time it was like a going out if business sale.....pressure pressure in my space. Dissapointng. If you know your sizing there is always the online store.
