For many years I have visited many practices with desires to address my skin issues regarding "severe" hyperpigmentation & more. This was the worst experience ever. The chemical peel caused a severe reaction, leaving me with milia, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation. When I returned to address these issues, I was simply advised to see a dermatologist. Despite asking multiple times about potential side effects before the procedure, provider never informed or warned me of any risks. Got scheduled for a different time than discussed in the call, I tried to reschedule and the lady on the phone was very mean and hung up on me when I asked for a confirmation text
