Have cancelled my appointment day of with minimal notice at least 3 times.
i should have posted this when i was 16 but i was young and stupid so here it is 5 years later. i got laser hair removal on my armpits from nuderm in winter 2017. A piece of their protective film was missing on their laser equipment and not only did the hair removal not work, i ended up with a line of second degree burns down both of my armpits from faulty equipment which are still slightly visible 5 years later.
