I was going to Nudera for two and a half years. At first, things were great, but towards the end of my treatment things got very bad. I had issues with receptionists/insurance coordinators, who were not willing to help me nor work with my insurance company. They told me it would be a waste of their time to do things I was asking for (which was simply to resubmit the treatment plan so I can get reimbursed). The doctor and his medical staff are really friendly and attentive. I’ve always felt really at home being treated. Recently the front desk has been really unwelcoming. They’re borderline rude and mean. I don’t think it’s good business to treat your patients that way. Especially when they’ve been really nice and respectful towards you. It’s not welcoming. I haven’t mistreated you, why are you mistreating me?
My daughter had her braces treatment performed at the Nudera Elmwood Park office, and I was so impressed with their service and accommodations that I decided to get braces on, too. Nudera offers a discount to two or more patients in the same household, so I got my braces a month before my daughter finished. This is my second time wearing braces. Excellent Service! If you arrive a few minutes early, you'll be attended right away. Every appointment is always about 15 minutes and Doctor is always present and checks your progress. Would highly recommend!
