Very disappointing experience, I was sold the incorrect item after the sales assistant got the wrong bagged garment from the store room. Then I had to pay postage to return the item. Appaling customer service.

Honestly love this store the clothes are good quality and the best part is they fit great. Today I visited the Joondalup store to buy a pair of jeans which usually I hate shopping for but the first pair of jeans I tried on fit amazing! Often I find it hard with a lot of big brands that their sizes are really off but nude lucy are spot on. The store assistant made the experience such lovely one and was great at helping me select what I was after.
Am obsessed!! Honestly, it is so refreshing to have so many gorgeous pieces available for tall people!! Your pieces are absolutely gorgeous!! I have been shopping at your Karrinyup store for a while. It's great to know that you have many locations ❤️
