The In store customer service was fanatic both times I’ve gone in. What has been disappointing is reaching out to customer service re a faulty product and hearing nothing back. I had purchased x2 diffusers that after 2 short weeks have evaporated almost completely. Photo was taken 3 days after opening. In addition to receiving no response I have a inkling the fault of these diffusers was known. As there was a note on them to see batch ……. first. I should have asked right away why!
