I was served by Ana today who was helpful until the point where money was spent and I purchased an item via order - but she ordered the wrong colour and failed to fix her mistake. Instead she insisted that I had to order the right colour online and initiate all refunds myself, including extra random items to meet the minimum spend for shipping. The store had no signs to notify customers of its no refund/return policy on sale items, which applies to nearly all their merchandise. This practice is misleading and dishonest. Furthermore, customer service here is non-existent.
Two ladies in the counter were just busy talking without even willing to greet you. It seems to me that they only wanna greet someone who has "money look" to buy. Infact, a lady came in few minutes after i was there and one of them said "welcome in" . I answered "hey thankyou" just to realize it wasnt for me lol. I have decided that today is my shopping day and was thinking to get some. However, that attitude really put me down. Sorry to say, very disrespectful.
