I was served by Ana today who was helpful until the point where money was spent and I purchased an item via order - but she ordered the wrong colour and failed to fix her mistake. Instead she insisted that I had to order the right colour online and initiate all refunds myself, including extra random items to meet the minimum spend for shipping.
