I had a great shopping experience at Nude Lucy Miranda. Ellen, the store manager, provided exceptional service and was so attentive and welcoming. She offered great styling advice and suggestions. It was such a pleasure shopping with service that you don’t get in most stores these days.
The store Manager is very rude and gossips to her co workers. I asked for a size extra small for her to give me a nasty look and said “are you sure” how rude!!! how dare they comment like that!!!
AMAZING customer service is in the Miranda store. Especially Charlotte. So attentive, so helpful and nothing was too hard or too much when getting sizes, locating sizes or offering welcomed styling advice. What an absolute breath of fresh air she was for a busy day in retail. All the girls were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend shopping at the Miranda store with Nude Lucy!
Every time I come in I have the most wonderful experience! Today, a lovely lady, I believe her name was Ellen, was so attentive, gave me different styling/size options, consistently checked in on me in the fitting rooms and had a great conversation at POS. Keep up the fabulous service x
