First, I want to say that the owner was very kind, communicative, and genuinely willing to help resolve any issues that arose. The salon itself was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing atmosphere that made the experience feel welcoming and relaxing. Unfortunately, there was a significant miscommunication regarding scheduling.
