These guys no longer use the front entrance. No stairs dead ends and you just have to walk up a service ramp. I was told to see Pepe (who was busy) I couldn't get any of the other three of four available people there to even look and even acknowledge that I was standing there, won't look me in the eye, they just look past me. Feels terribly elitist and full of themselves. There are plenty of other places that can get my parts, not even going to bother to cancel the order.

For truckers with 53-foot trailers and sleeper cabs. Cancel load!!! If not, take left on W Chicago Ave, left on N California Ave, and back down W Superior St to the dock. Docks are located on W Superior St. Can't go around the block, one way in and out. Can't do a U-turn, no room. You have to curb a big curb just to get in the dock and is possible with lots of patience be careful not to jack up your truck. Go in super early to avoid heavy traffic. I'll never go back. Good luck
