It’s truly rare I use my time leaving reviews, but without any doubts, this company has provided the worst customer service I’ve experienced in many years of business. We have a restaurant group with 10 locations and we been progressively closing all the accounts because NuCo2 consistent lack of service, communication, desire to address problems, and overall unprofessionalism.
