I’m not from Pennsylvania and it was my first time going to Nucleus Raw Foods.. I didn’t know what to do or where to start, but the owner (I believe; although I didn’t get her name) made me feel welcomed and helped with all my questions. I ended up getting more than one thing, I wanted to try everything. Outside of the sandwiches I actually ordered, she put a side of the “cashew chik’n” so I could try it.. Okay. Fellow Vegans. Listen up…. I was traveling through the area for an event. The event was catered and there were no vegan options, so the host grabbed us some food from here…..
