Dan and Grant did a great job installing new hose bibs and patiently answering several plumbing questions I had. They also found a leak that they’ll take care of on their next visit. This was my first experience with Nuckols, and I came away very impressed.
Called at open and asked for immediate help. They gave me a cancellation spot and had someone there within an hour. Wow! 2 guys showed up, assessed the issue, and informed me of next steps before proceeded. Fixed the issue and I feel like I learned something along the way. Price was high but reasonable considering they had to go in the crawl space. Thanks Albert and coworker.
The technician, Alex, was polite and professional. He arrived on time and provided excellent service.

I know when I get Nuckols to come out for an issue, they will never steer me wrong. They are always fair in price. They do everything they can to save you money, and if the issue isn’t urgent they will fix it for you but letting you know in a couple years you may need to replace. They try the least invasive solution first. Very trustworthy and smart! The best!
