They installed the incorrect pump for my septic holding tank - after being told by the AR State plumbing inspector which pump to install (they still installed a cess pump not a grinder pump). The cess pump they installed cost $1300 when the grinder pump was only $500. 2 mos later the cess pump they installed burnt up because it was not the correct pump - warranty would not cover it because it had been incorrectly installed. When confronted their response was that their plumbing supply did not carry the correct grinder pump! ... read more
