5 stars . Marc Ford has cultivated a fantastic small gym environment for people wanting real, lasting results. The small group environment means that Marc delivers tailor made sessions based on individual goals and the dynamic of the class. The workouts are challenging and energetic and he always thinks about designing and making it a workout great for not just men and what is proven to work of women. I have never felt stronger and fitter. Highly recommend.

I’ve tried many gym’s but this is the best of the lot! Marc keeps you accountable and the classes are consistently challenging. There is the unique ability to combine all different age groups, fitness levels, and ambitions within the same training session without conceding on any of these. I’ve been training with Koach for more than a decade! I love the variety of the small group, HIIT training, which changes every session. The trainers consistently offer encouragement and advice, are always enthusiastic, give personal focus and attention within group sessions and have considerable experience and expertise!
