Great sugaring today. I believe she has the before and after photos so ask her. Cassandra is fantastic. Always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. We also have great conversations so the time goes by really quickly. It definitely helps with some of the pain. Overall this sugaring is so much better than waxing. Less pain especially when she applies the sugar to my skin. A little pulling on the hair but not the hot burning feeling of wax

I booked an appointment with Cassandra for sugaring. I get there and she says she never received my online booking. Meanwhile I received an email confirmation. She asked me if I could come back in 30 mins. I said ok even though I was not happy. I go back in 40 mins to tell me she will be another 15 mins. She said to me when I book online I have to give it 48 hours so she can check her schedule daily. Worst customer service. She did refund me my $20 deposit that you have to pay upfront but what a waste of gas.

I had the best sugaring experience with Cass. I was an avid waxer before prior to finding Cass. The difference on my skin that sugaring gave compared to wax was so smooth and gentle. She ensured she got every hair and I was comfortable through the whole process. Thank you Cass and it is a pleasure to introduce you to the studio with your talented work.
