Excellent service and a job well done. I called a week ahead of time to make an appointment and ask if they would be willing to order a chain and sprocket set for me without upfront payment. They were happy to order the parts and made themselves available on the day I said I could bring it in. My bike was in and out in a matter of a couple hours and I paid a very fair price for parts and labor. Great deal on slightly used DR 650! Great shop, best in SLO!
Won’t bring my bikes back here. The head mechanic Tyson runs the show and knows his stuff, however they left my bike out in a drizzle with the top end open and it started to rust internal parts. The counter balance and piston rod were fried (that’s why I brought it in) but still wanted to salvage what I could. Didn’t give me any options to fix the bike, just told me I needed a whole new engine. Brett the owner is always very upfront and super easy to work with, they have done everything from carb work on a few bikes to helping a buddy find a like new KTM he couldn't live without, tire replacement, and everything in between. I feel Brett and his team are trustworthy and upfront, a great bunch to work with and I will continue to spread the word about a bike shop run by like-minded motorcyclists for motorcyclists. Came from out of town on a ride and had my center stand come apart 15 min to closing. Was able to get it fixed back up with no issues, great place wish they were in my town would definitely come back.
