No vayan a este centro... El personal administrativo es terrible, no tienen empatia con los padres. Tienes que estar pidiendo el horario y nunca te llaman con anticipacion a darte el horario. Los dueños se tornan hostiles. Si tu hijo esta mejorando te cambian de terapista (vaya a saber usted porque) Los dueños actuan de manera hostil y nunca tienen tiempo para atender las solicotudes de los padres. Las terapistas son muy buenas pero muchas se han ido vaya a saber ustedes porque. (Ojo)
Ive been comming to the taylor location ,From day one i felt very comfortable,,with the theropy that ive been doing ,Steve and the whole staff at that location has been nothing but helpful for me, They are all very nice people . i recomend anyone who needs PT to come to Nucare PT,i they are doing wonders for me ,and they can do the same for you
My son has been going here for about two months and has shown a lot of improvements for tip toe walking. The PT that work with him are the nicest and really care. The office is always flexible with my tight schedule and call/ text me if anything. As any parent should, you can’t rely on just the PT to tell you everything because after all you as a parent should be the most concerned and interested in your child’s wellbeing. The office management is terrible. They don’t work with new patients on the schedule. The parent has to continuously ask for available appointments and they don’t work to get you anything set, even after discussed multiple times. The therapists are good at working with the kids but don’t have open communication with the parents. Half the time they don’t introduce themselves. They set ridiculously high goals for toddlers, almost setting them up to fail. We transferred to another therapist who welcomed us with open arms.
RecommendedNuCare Thereapy has the Best Thereapist Especially Carolina Rincon P/T. if it weren't for her my son Joshua would not be walking and running right now. and he has Cerebral palsy. thanks for all you do! all of their therapists are great!

Nucare is a welcoming place for patients and for parents. Staff is very caring and always works with enthusiasm and devotion. . The owners are amazing human beings. The entire staff ( receptionists and therapists) always work together with parents to get the goal of improving any physical disability that kids could present. They are very supportive with parents. Estoy bien satisfecha con la labor que realizan las terapeutas con mi niño y con los demás clientes. Es un lugar excelente en todos los aspectos lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados.
