Spoke to many people, all who tried to help me and were good; the SUPERSTAR amongst them was KENNY a Supervisor and Manager. He did everything I needed and then some. When he told me that I would get my item in one day, I was wondering. WONDER NO MORE. The product came, it is perfect, and so is KENNY ! THANK YOU Kenny and NuCare Pharmacy !!!
The employees are ALWAYS stretched thin & rigid customer service!!! Just hung up from the supervisor Yesenia after I called to bring attention to a self aggrandizing representative sending an EXORBITANT amount of medical supplies after I told her that I have limited space to accommodate more than necessary/needed. Your hard-earned tax dollars at work. They have Great delivery service is why I chose this establishment. However, Definitely looking for another medical supplier!
The employees are useless, they don't help you, they tell you one thing and when you call back they tell you something else.
My Mother gets her monthly incontinent supplies from NuCare Pharmacy. We've had several extremely frustrating experiernces with her insurance company as it relates to my Mom continuing to receive supplies. Kudos to Kenny Wivietsky (not sure of his title) who has been a lifesaver! He has always made himself available to communicate by phone or email, in a timely manner. He's gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help us get things resolved. Grateful.
They never pick up the phone and one time they pretended to be someone else.
