Once I was able to get in touch with a representative, the service was great. All of my questions and concerns had been answered. While the line was busy for a while, I’ll admit, in the end my grandmother was able to receive a much needed walker. Great place.
Great service !!! I'm giving 5 stars based on the service and availability alone! When I felt the process was taking much too long, they explained the situation clearly enough that I washable to move things along (on the insurance end) to get my stuff. I'd recommend them anyway. My orders are late sometimes, like most companies I've used in the past... but never where it's an inconvenience, thank God!
Horrid medical supplies business in which employees lie repeatedly and refuse to put one of the owners on the phone with me in addition to refusing to identify the owners by name? Sent a prescription in for colostomy supplies which was confirmed as having been received the day after it was sent yet nine days later no effort was made to send us these colostomy supplies but instead lied about when they received the prescription via Fax, etc. This is the second instance within 2 1/2 years that we were given this business's name... read more
