I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for most of my life and have always appreciated the warm, personalized service. It’s a comfort to be greeted by name and treated with genuine kindness by staff who truly care. That said, I’ve recently noticed a shift with the addition of a new employee who unfortunately does not reflect the same level of professionalism or warmth.
