They have the best service
I stopped in here today to inquire about a lift chair. They staff were all very friendly and Helpful. They answered all my questions in great detail all with a smile on there face even though I could sense them getting frustrated. They even offered to take my picture in the chair. All and all I was completely satisfied with my interactions with these lovely lady's.
Had an amazing mask fitting
My grandmother was a patient that received equipment from Nucara home medical located in oskaloosa Iowa on multiple occasions. The staff were always helpful and consistent with deliveries and setting up a schedule to make things work for us.
My husband and I were so welcomed and so much was explained that we NEVER received in ottumwa. Oskaloosa took so much time with us and we're so friendly. They even had the mask that we were told isnt made anymore from the ottume nucara people.
