My husband and I were so welcomed and so much was explained that we NEVER received in ottumwa. Oskaloosa took so much time with us and we're so friendly. They even had the mask that we were told isnt made anymore from the ottume nucara people.
After a bad experience with Ottumwa nucara, We call headquarters in Des Moines, They recommended Oskaloosa Nucara. What a friendly bunch of people and excellent service and explanation of cpap equipment. Ottumwa had said they did not make my cpap mask oskaloosa had it. Highly recommend this store
George needs a drug test . He is very forgetful and misses apointments.
Even though their repair person was out sick, Sheila Guiter, the manager, went above and beyond to help us get my mom’s lift chair repaired. My mom is on hospice and spends her days in her chair and sleeps in her chair at night. After multiple calls to other service providers in central Iowa and getting the run-around, Sheila was willing to do whatever it took to make my mom’s last days more comfortable. Thank you Sheila!!
