I made an appointment to have my scheduled maintenance done and to replace my overhead light after it fell off. I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM and wasn’t in a rush to pick it up, but I did expect to have it back before they closed at 6 PM. Sales team is great.
Had a positive experience with James, our sales guy, and each of the people that helped us with the purchase. But, once we paid for our used car, it took us over three weeks to get it because there was a dent they were taking care of from the prior owner. They kept resetting the expectation as to when the car would be available and we had to keep checking for status because they weren't being proactive.
Last time I took my new car to be serviced I had to wait in the waiting room for 5 hours. They said it had to do with a calibration issue. But this time I just needed a single tire replaced and we are getting close to 4 hours...
