So great to find a car dealer / service department with INTEGRITY. I am so pleased with the work done on my 2020 prius today. I purchased it (new to me) in November of 2023 and after driving it for a little more than 2 months I discovered it needed new rear brakes and rotors! I went to a local car dealer who was ready to charge me $625.00 to replace them. I am grateful to the folks at NuCar Toyota in North Kingstown (aka TarboxToyota) especially my salesman ANTHONY. This shows class and excellence! Thank you.

I bought a new Toyota Corolla Cross XLE a little over a year ago here. It was an awful experience, especially for a 1st new car buying experience. The salesman was Joe P! I decided to buy a car due to the loudness of my car as the service dept told me it wasn’t worth it to fix anymore d/t the rust but that it would be fine for over a year. Had an amazing experience with BRUNO at Nucar Toyota North Kingstown. He truly listened to my needs, understood my timeline, and provided excellent follow-up. Bruno went above and beyond in helping my mom and me with her 2025 Brand New RAV4 purchase, making the process smooth and informative. I only maintain my vehicle at Toyota but this time I was not impressed. I made an appointment for 8 am and was told it takes 5 hours to do rear shocks and I also needed an oil change and tire rotation which usually don’t take that long so my vehicle should of not taken till 430 to be done . I brought my car here for routine service while I was on a lease and continued afterward because I knew I was moving out of the area and was too lazy to find another mechanic. The bad: Not sure how they managed this, but after moving, I found out that I should have had several maintenance services done that they did not bring up over the last 3 years.
