Went in for a fluids change on my engine. I did the front and rear differential as well as the gearbox. I also had the power steering fluid changed and the pump serviced. The quality of service was below standard to say the least. To start, I did my engine oil with a specific synthetic oil. It’s usually displayed on the window sticker with mileage which one was not even applied. When I got home I also noticed my hood was not closed or safety latched. So great to find a car dealer / service department with INTEGRITY. I am so pleased with the work done on my 2020 prius today. I purchased it (new to me) in November of 2023 and after driving it for a little more than 2 months I discovered it needed new rear brakes and rotors! I went to a local car dealer who was ready to charge me $625.00 to replace them. I am grateful to the folks at NuCar Toyota in North Kingstown (aka TarboxToyota) especially my salesman ANTHONY. I bought a new Toyota Corolla Cross XLE a little over a year ago here. It was an awful experience, especially for a 1st new car buying experience. The salesman was Joe P! I decided to buy a car due to the loudness of my car as the service dept told me it wasn’t worth it to fix anymore d/t the rust but that it would be fine for over a year.
