Wait time for an oil change is 2 hours...even with an appointment 🤔...never coming here again...
This place never changes. I come for oil change and they tell me 2 to 3 hours. Like seriously why does it take so long for an oil change. Who has 2 to 3 hours to wait around. There is no need for 2 to 3 hours for a 20 minute job.
They sent me a offer for my car and then low balled me. It really is to bad i was ready to buy and drive away. The sales man was very nice and professional. Unfortunately the sales manager would not honor the offer they mailed for my car . My car was always serviced there so they definitely now my car.
Given the power a positive review can have on any business in 2024 I feel it is necessary to take a few minutes out of my day to express my gratitude to the entire staff in the service department at Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown. I have been taking my Tuscon to this establishment religiously for 6 years now. The prices are always competitive and the wait times are short.
