Awesome experience here getting 2 cars repaired after my neighbor hit my wife's brand new Civic and my Impreza with a Uhaul. The staff here were awesome and communicative throughout the process giving constant updates. Both cars were done in a timely manner and came out great, especially my Impreza which needed significantly more repairs. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

I’ve taken several of my cars here previously but truly the customer service is lacking. The receptionist that picks up the phone always has a tone with an attitude and literally is the reason why I decided not to go back. Business must be good enough to not care about customer service.
