Previously scheduled belts and pulleys ahead of time so they could get all the parts. They didn’t have all the parts when the date came. Luckily the service department took care of making sure I had a vehicle for the duration, and completed the job well once the parts came in. Most recently ordered a Y pipe, a bolt, and two gaskets.
