I went to NuCar because I had a service brake wear system red light on the dash. After inspecting my Tahoe; NuCar Service recommended that I replace all the brake pads and rotors. That they were rusted and worn out. NuCar Service recommended I flush and replace the brake fluid an all the lubricants in the drive train. An independent assessment by a certificated mechanic showed that the all fluids were still functional. My car was serviced at there appointed time, and I was kept informed consistently. When the inspection revealed a filter that needed to be replaced, the notification and my approval were easily done via messaging/email. And, the checkout process was quick, smooth, and efficient. My service advisor did a great job of expediting, communicating, and follow up. Great experience all the way around!
