My vehicle was kept longer than I was told. When I questioned this i was told it was because of prior appointments, even though my appointment was scheduled for 2-3 weeks prior to taking it in. Also, when I questioned if my tires had been rotated, I was told that I hadn't requested it. I explained I have never had to request it and was told at my last service my tires were not rotated at that time because I hadn't driven that much and the service would be done at my next oil change.
