Well satisfied with the service of oil change and tire rotation. Had to bring it back a second time for techs to verify the telematics control module has failed and parts are back ordered. Very well satisfied with how the car was looked after and taken care of. thanks
My experience with sales associate Larry Campbell was amazing. No issues at all. 1 week later when I returned to get the undercarriage and ceramic done on my new truck, I was a little less satisfied. Dropped off at 8am, was told 8 hours (puts it to 4pm) I arrived there at 4:30 and was told it would be closer to 6. Put me down for dropoff when told I would be waiting. Coming from New Jersey. I happens frquently.
Not very good I had to wait from 11:00 appointment until 2:00 to get a oil change.
