Long story short two service shops and one dealer couldn’t figure out the steering problem Nucar nailed it and I’m so happy now.
Bought a preowned 2022 grand Cherokee, was in their shop two out of the first 4 months I had it. Drove off the lot and my breaks were at 10% and needed rotors, wipers rubber was flapping in the wind. Also oil was at 5% oil life and had to get an oil change. Then two weeks in the car stopped starting, took it in and they had it for a month not knowing how to fix it cheap.
